Q: Do you take insurance?

A: Presently I am not accepting insurance. I will, however, give you an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company. Each insurance company and policy is different, so check with your insurance provider to see what they cover.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: For Tuesday through Friday appointments, 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. For Monday appointments, changes need to be made by EOB on the preceding Friday.

If rescheduling or cancellations are not done within this framework (24 hours for Tuesday - Friday appointments and 3 days for Monday appointments), you will be charged 50% of the session.

No-shows are charged the amount of the scheduled session. (Extenuating circumstances will be considered.)

Q: Where do sessions take place?

A: Most sessions take place remotely via tele-consultation. You will receive a link before each session.

Q: How do I ask some initial questions?

A: We can have a 20-minute discovery call, free of charge, during which you can ask questions and we can determine if we are a good match.
